Job summary

Summa Health System – Barberton Campus is hiring an RN for the 4S Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit. This part-time role covers 24 hours weekly with night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), every other weekend and holidays, in a 24-bed unit focused on telemetry and progressive care.

Primary requirements include ADN (BSN preferred) and Ohio RN licensure. Candidates should have 1 year of RN experience, ACLS within six months, and be prepared to join a supportive team with mentorship and certification

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio license to practice as an RN.
• One year of RN experience in the area is required for weekend option positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and coordinate patient plans on the 4S Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Assess, monitor, and interpret cardiac telemetry for adult patients.
• Delegate and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
