Summa Health System, Barberton Campus, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit. This full-time role offers a 36-hour workweek, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and an hourly wage range of $33.75 to $53.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) required when possible; associates may apply with BSN planned within 3 years.
• CCNE or ACEN accreditation of nursing program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and/or delegate nursing care to patients and families.
• Manage resources and deliver care in alignment with nursing theory and evidence.
• Support care transitions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
