Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time, 36-hour-per-week night shift. You will deliver patient- and family-centered care, using the nursing process to address physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, education for patients and families, and collaboration with inter-professional teams.

Qualificações

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) strongly preferred; 3 years critical care/ED RN experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with patients, families and staff in alignment with Jefferson values.
• Identifies learning needs and provides patient/family education.
• Uses information systems to monitor care outcomes and support safety.
• Works within inter-professional teams with shared decision-making.
• Participates in hospital and practice safety/quality committees.
