Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for a full-time night shift position, 36 hours per week, at our Philadelphia-area facilities. You will apply the nursing process to develop personalized care plans, address physical, emotional, and social needs, and support patient- and family-centered care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional growth, including precepting and quality-improvement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients, families and staff.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Active RN license in state of practice (PA).
• 3 years critical care/ED RN experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
