Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the night shift. You will provide patient- and family-centered care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, education for patients and families, and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of Patient- and Family-Centered Practice.
• Understanding and application of cultural awareness in care.
• Effective communication concepts and techniques.
• Language of partnership with patients and families.
• Appropriate delegation to team members.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care plans, discharge planning, and documentation.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care (BLS/AHA).
• PA RN license required.
