The RN will develop care plans with patients and partners, collaborate with inter-professional teams, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. An active PA RN license is required along with 3 years of critical care/ED experience.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing; registered nurse required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred within 3 years.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Three years of critical care/ED RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per hospital policies using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families and discharge planning.
• Utilize information technology to monitor outcomes and improve care quality.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
