• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies, high intensity interventions, and high-level continuous nursing vigilance.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets data from monitors and electronic displays.
• Collaborates with medical staff and nursing leadership to plan and manage patient care on the unit.

Education
