This is a night shift, full-time equivalent of 36 hours per week, at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, part of Orlando Health.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida or valid eNLC multistate license
• Active BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC required for certain NICU areas
• Minimum two years of experience in a critical care setting; NICU preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgment to care for high-acuity patients.
• Uses data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Identifies information to take immediate, evidence-based actions.
• Monitors and adjusts NICU equipment and interprets vital displays.
• Responds to life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols.
• Develops individualised care plans and evaluates progress.
