Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the MICU area in a Cleveland unit. The position involves weekend coverage from 7P to 7A with 24 hours per week, and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Active RN license and BLS are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and valid in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications or specialty training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practices to improve care.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient and family engagement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and coordinate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
