Educational requirements include a nursing degree (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and an active RN license; BLS is required with possible special certifications (ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/PALS/etc.) based on unit needs.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure required in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• One or more of the following certifications may be required depending on position/unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM, and other unit-specific certifications.
