Job summary

The Aultman Hospital is actively seeking an RN to provide direct, primary nursing care in the MICU, coordinating patient care based on assessments. You will supervise LPNs and aides and ensure safe, effective delivery of care in a high‑acuity unit.

Required are Ohio RN licensure and BLS/ACLS as applicable, with BSN preferred. The role entails day/night rotations, weekends and holidays as needed, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Ohio.
• BSN preferred and certification per unit requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to perform nursing assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, primary nursing care to patients in MICU.
• Delegate and coordinate patient care based on assessments.
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, PCAs, and other staff as applicable.
• Maintain documentation, patient safety, and effective communication with team.
