Incredible Health is hiring for a RN - Critical Care role in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will monitor and treat critically ill patients, manage life-support systems, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans in a high-stress ICU setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
