Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in Arizona. The role provides professional nursing care to acutely and critically ill patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies, with leadership to support staff.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor hemodynamics, titrate therapies, and document thoroughly. ICU/CCU experience, AZ RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• ICU/critical care nursing experience is required.
• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for acutely and critically ill patients.
• Manage invasive hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results to guide care.
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications, sedation and other critical care therapies.
• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced airway support.
• Respond to emergent changes in patient condition and participate in resuscitation events.
• Maintain accurate documentation and serve as a preceptor and clinical resource to staff.
