Vibra Healthcare in Pineville, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time role in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer treatments, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NC or compact state is required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS is required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
