Vibra Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time position at Pineville, NC. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients in a Long Term Acute Care setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

The role requires an active NC or compact state license, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
