Job summary

Vibra Healthcare in Pineville, NC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time role in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate has an active NC or compact state RN license, 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
