Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct-hire, full-time role at Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville in Pineville, NC. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients in a LTAC setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

The ideal candidate has NC (or compact state) RN licensure, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS (ACLS within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications as required (ACLS within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
