Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a direct hire, full-time role at Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital in Pineville, NC. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

The role requires a North Carolina or compact-state RN license, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days of hire. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
Educate patients and families, acting as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
