Qualifications

• Basic dysrhythmia knowledge is preferred or obtained during orientation.
• Call required for Cath Lab and Stress Lab.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry.
• Provide professional nursing care on assigned unit under medical staff direction.
• Complete unit competencies and care plans for critically ill patients.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and patient safety initiatives.
• Document care thoroughly and communicate with team via hand-offs and rounds.
• Foster professional relationships and effective conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with nurses across units and educate staff as needed.
• Participate in peer reviews and readiness activities.
