Job summary

Covenant Health in Nashua, NH, is seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive nursing care across a range of units, including the Emergency Department and Cardiac Cath/Angiography Lab. The role requires NH RN licensure, strong critical-care background, and current BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire RN license required.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred.
• 3-5 Years Critical Care Experience preferred for the Cardiac Cath/Angiography Lab and Emergency Department roles.
• ASN required, BSN preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit.
• Maintains clinical documentation in the EHR with timely updates.
• Responds promptly to patient monitoring alarms.
• Participates in unit-based governance and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborates with Providers to perform bedside procedures and ensure patient safety.
