• Complete unit competencies for care of critically ill patients and participate in quality improvement.
• Document care plans comprehensively and timely; ensure patient handoffs and rounds are thorough.
• Collaborate with nurses and other departments; promote a Just Culture for safety and error reporting.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives and maintain professional practice standards.
