Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NH RN license; graduate of an approved nursing program.

• ACLS/PALS/TNCC TCAR prerequisites or preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per medical staff directions.
• Complete care plans and documentation in EHR promptly.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to alarms, and ensure safety.
• Rounding and coordinating with team to optimize throughput.
• Participate in unit governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support at ED triage, admission, and critical care pathways.
