Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on the assigned unit per physician orders and hospital policies.
• Perform triage and ED-specific duties; monitor patients, document in EHR, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement planning and unit governance; ensure patient safety and care standards are met.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care and to support throughput in ED and Cath Lab.
