You will deliver nursing assessments, coordinate care, document in the EHR, and participate in unit governance and safety initiatives. You will rotate through ED and Cath Lab settings, support patient flow, and mentor new staff while maintaining compliance with ANA standards and NH Nurse Practice Act.

Qualificações

• Current New Hampshire RN license required.
• ASN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Annual orientation and ongoing competencies required.

Responsabilidades

• Renders professional nursing care to patients in assigned units.
• Documents assessments, care plans and changes in condition in the EHR.
• Responds to alarms quickly and collaborates with providers.
• Participates in quality improvement and unit governance initiatives.
• Mentors new nurses and supports department leadership.
• Triages and prioritizes care in Emergency Department; supports cath lab activities.
