Job summary

The position requires BSN within 5 years of hire, Virginia RN license, and 1 year of relevant experience, plus BLS.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program with BSN required.
- RN license in Virginia required; BSN to be completed within 5 years of hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor complex patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Utilize advanced technology to support high-quality outcomes.
- Educate patients and families and advocate throughout care.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
