Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse patients.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Knowledge of medication administration and post-discharge planning.
• Documentation of health information and care plans.
• BLS certification required by the American Heart Association.
• RN license in Pennsylvania.
