• Plan, direct, evaluate, and document care including discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and report changes to leadership.
• Reassess and modify care plans; ensure patient safety and medications compliance.
• Provide bedside reporting to oncoming staff and involve family as appropriate.
