MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking RNs for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a with rotating weekends/holidays; bi-weekly hours total 72. Location is MetroHealth Main Campus, 14-bed unit.

Responsibilities include ECG interpretation, central line care, BiPAP/vent support, bedside procedures, and strong critical thinking with delegation and time management. Collaboration with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, OT is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required; ACLS within 6 months.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience and all certifications at hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care on a 14-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Interpret EKGs, manage central lines, and support airway needs (BiPAP, vents).
• Assist with bedside procedures and coordinate with care teams.
