Job summary

MetroHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West at the Main Campus. You will support patients with CHF, COPD, DKA, sepsis, and assist with procedures in a high-tech unit.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a) with weekends and holidays rotating, and you will collaborate with PCNAs, providers, and therapists to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current Ohio RN licensure.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification, or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification current or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience; PRN must have required certifications at hire.
