Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at MetroHealth Main Campus - Glick. You will care for patients with CHF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, perform EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures, while applying critical thinking and teamwork in a 14-bed unit.

Rotating shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a with rotating weekends/holidays; PRN option requires 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification, or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification, or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
