Job summary

MetroHealth is hiring for a Critical Care Step Down RN on the 7 West unit at the Main Campus, Glick location. The role supports patients with CHF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, using EKG interpretation, central line care, and advanced respiratory support, within an experienced nursing team.

As a public employer, MetroHealth offers strong benefits and OPERS retirement. The successful candidate must hold Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS, with PRN options requiring 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
