Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). The 14-bed unit supports congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis patients, with telemetry monitoring and advanced nursing tech.

Bi-weekly hours total 72, with 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, managing BiPAP/ventilator support, bedside procedures, and strong clinical decision

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Ohio RN licensure.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
