MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) at the MetroHealth Main Campus in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on caring for patients with complex conditions in a 14-bed unit, with telemetry, central lines, and high-level monitoring.

Shift is 7a-7p or 7p-7a with rotating weekends and holidays. PRN opportunities require 1 year of RN experience and current Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire

Responsabilités

• Provide RN care to Critical Care Step Down Unit patients.
• Interpret EKGs and monitor telemetry.
• Assist with bedside procedures and assist with invasive procedures as needed.
• Manage patient care plans, prioritization, and rapid response to changing conditions
