Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license to practice in the state where providing services.
• BSN preferred or higher education.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
