Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a committed Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care across patient care areas. You will implement prescribed therapies, monitor ventilator support, and document patient responses in the EMR while collaborating with physicians and nurses.

Responsibilities include evaluating current therapies, performing diagnostic procedures as outlined by policy, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in all procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy required (or equivalent).
• BA/BS or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge in oxygen delivery modes and equipment to achieve adequate oxygenation.
