Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic Program
• Current Pennsylvania Paramedic Certification
• 3 years or 5000 hours in a high volume 911 system as a paramedic
• Tact, courtesy, initiative, judgment and the ability to follow directions

Responsibilities

• Performs in depth, systematic assessment of all assigned patients and formulates a care plan.
• Implements, documents and evaluates patient care interventions per care plan.
• Coordinates patient care and collaborates with caregivers across shifts and settings.
• Maintains unit budget awareness and supports performance improvement initiatives.
