Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold PA Paramedic certification or be currently in process with plan to obtain within 1 year.
• Current BCLS, PALS or PEPP, ACLS, PHTLS or ITLS certification.
• PA DOH paramedic license with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic, advanced, and critical care life support in scenes, en route, and interfacility.
• Assess injuries/illness to prioritize procedures.
• Rescue and extricate victims using appropriate techniques.
• Treat patients at scene and during transport to hospital.
• Communicate with medical staff to arrange next steps.
