Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Center Valley, PA is seeking a Paramedic - Critical Care Transport. This role provides safe ground or air transport, delivers basic and critical care, and coordinates with hospital teams and dispatch to ensure timely patient care.

Requirements include 5 years paramedic experience, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office. Certifications such as FP-C/ CCP-C and ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred or required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic intervention, emergency interventions, and preparation for transport (via ground or helicopter) from hospitals or accident scenes.
• Coordinates transport related phone calls, including inter-institutional or intra-institutional calls.
• Maintains contact with dispatcher, transfer center, and/or MedEvac AOC on any problems or questions pertaining to duties and policies.
