Responsibilities

• Role Development: support development of nursing leadership skills per ANA Standards of Practice.
• Collaborative Partnerships: represent nursing in interprofessional learning activities.
• Champion of Scientific Inquiry: develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and outcomes.
• Orientation: develop, implement, evaluate competency-based orientation.
• Competency Management and Ongoing Education: develop initial and ongoing competencies with nursing education teams.
