Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Memphis is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide compassionate care in a critical care recovery setting inside Methodist University in Memphis, TN. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, CNA certification, or related field preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients using basin-less methods and assisting with oral hygiene and feeding.
• Assist with hourly rounds and transport patients as needed.
• Move patients on stretchers or wheelchairs and help staff with transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments, bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
• Keep patient rooms clean and stocked with supplies as directed.
