ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time role. You will provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state, have 1+ year in acute care, ICU, or LTAC, and are prepared to obtain ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
