ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner. The role involves delivering direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates should hold an active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state, with 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.

Formación

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent patient communication and advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
