ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time role with our LTAC partner. You will care for critically ill or medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to plan individualized care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Kentucky RN license (or compact state), has 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and will obtain BLS now and ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
