ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time position. You will provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients and coordinate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to plan individualized care.

Ideal candidates hold a Kentucky RN license (compact state acceptable), have 1+ year in acute care, ICU, or LTAC, and can obtain BLS now with ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
