Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's MICU is a 12-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit seeking an experienced Registered Nurse. You will care for medically complex patients requiring ventilatory support and ECG monitoring, with occasional hemodynamic checks and specialized monitoring as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts; BLS certification.
• Experience in acute or sub-acute care, ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with strong organizational skills.
• Develop culturally competent plans of care and assess patients/families.
• Lead and collaborate with nurses, physicians and families.
• Uphold quality standards and participate in quality improvement.
