Job summary

BETH ISRAEL DEACONESS MILTON, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a night-shift ICU Registered Nurse to join our 8-bed CCU/ICU. You will care for critically ill patients, operate advanced therapies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care consistent with our mission.

We value bedside excellence, evidence-based practice, and teamwork. Must hold MA RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; telemetry experience and 2+ years of med-surg preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with MA RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Two years medical-surgical experience preferred; telemetry experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level nursing care with critical thinking and nursing process.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions; manage ventilation and hemodynamics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Document care accurately and communicate plans clearly.
