Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of state approved nursing program with active MA license.
• Current Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in MICU with ventilatory and ECG monitoring.
• Assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and educate families.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities.
