Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking a night shift ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care for patients requiring intensive monitoring, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet evolving clinical needs.

Minimum requirements include MA nursing licensure, BLS/ACLS, completion of an accredited nursing program, and a preference for 2 years of medical-surgical experience; telemetry and telemetric care are common in this ICU setting.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, graduate from an accredited school of nursing and valid MA RN license
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Two years medical-surgical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and critical thinking for ICU patients
• Systematically assess health status, interpret data, and make nursing judgments
• Plan, implement, and coordinate nursing interventions; evaluate outcomes and update care plans
• Communicate nursing plan effectively within an interdisciplinary team
