Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes necessary nursing judgments.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, effective, timely, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with health professionals to determine patient needs and advocate for patients.
• Maintains annual mandatory education requirements and engages in professional development activities.
• Demonstrates accountability for own practice and patient safety.
