Job summary

Allina Health is seeking RN staff for the Telemetry Float Pool with 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period) and 8-hour evening shifts. The role includes every other weekend rotation and requires RN licensure in MN or WI, BLS, and ACLS within set timelines.

This position offers growth within a leading Minnesota/Wisconsin health system. The ideal candidate may have Med Surg or Tele RN experience; new graduates are welcome in Tier 3.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s or Vocational degree in nursing.
• RN licensure in MN or WI upon hire depending on state.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) or in-house option.
• Allina ACLS training within 210 days of hire.
• RN-BC/Cardiac/CCR-N/CHRN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs; plan and evaluate care.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality care.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice following laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with patient, family, and team to achieve outcomes.
• Lead and delegate as needed; fulfill organizational requirements.
